Florida

Level 2 - Compares fingerprints against National and Florida's state database of criminal fingerprints to determine if there is a criminal record.

Level 2 with AHCA Photo - Compares fingerprints against National and Ohio's state database of criminal fingerprints to determine if there is a criminal record. Includes photo of applicant.

Other
